By accessing or using villages.marillion.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The Platform

Marillion Curing Villages (Pvt) Ltd operates this platform to provide information about our tobacco curing infrastructure services, facilitate investment enquiries and transactions, manage curing village operations, and maintain farmer traceability records.

Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Investment Disclaimer

Information on this platform about investment opportunities is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a public offer of securities, regulated investment advice, or a recommendation to invest. All investments carry risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance and projections are not guarantees of future results. You must seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice before making any investment decision. Investment transactions are subject to execution of formal legal documentation (Subscription Agreement, Term Sheet).

Village Investment Products

The Village Share, Village Stake, and Full Village investment products described on this platform are direct infrastructure investments, not securities, REITs, or regulated financial products. Returns are projected, not guaranteed. The 60/40 income split, 20-year asset life, and yield projections are based on financial models using assumptions that may not materialise.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Marillion does not store credit card or bank details. All transactions are in USD. By making a payment, you confirm you have read and accepted the investment terms and risk disclaimer.

Farmer and Merchant Use

Farmers and merchants using the operational features of this platform do so under their respective agreements with Marillion Curing Villages (Pvt) Ltd. The platform provides operational tools — it does not replace or modify the terms of any management contract or farmer agreement.

Traceability Data

Traceability data (farmer records, batch tracking, grading, delivery records) is maintained for regulatory compliance and merchant reporting. This data is accurate to the best of our knowledge but is not warranted. Formal carbon credit issuance is subject to independent third-party verification under the Diamond Standard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be referred to mediation and, if unresolved, to arbitration under the rules of the Commercial Arbitration Centre of Zimbabwe (CRAC).

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
