Carbon Credits

Village Investment Returns

The projected returns on village investments (16.3% Year 1 yield, rising to 28.6% by Year 5, 60/40 split, 20-year asset life) are based on financial model assumptions including curing fee rates, capacity utilisation, cost inflation, and carbon credit pricing. These are projections and may not be achieved. The 60/40 income split is subject to the terms of the investment agreement.
